Morning everyone, and what a great morning it is.

I have a cordyline that has grown into a 9 foot tree, does anyone know how big the roots become and how invasive they are. I am a bit concerned that the roots may cause damage.
    Anyone help?
    Best Wishes Mick

The roots are not famed for being invasive like willows and cherries, but it sounds as is it is thriving where it is and may get even bigger, so it depends where it is in relation to foundations etc. If it is within 5ft of walls or foundations then you may have cause for worry- otherwisw most people will be envious!
