Corfe Castle at night.

    The National Trust decided to illuminate Corfe Castle (ruins of) this Christmas but only with 'sympathetic' lighting, not 'Disneyfy' it. You needed to have a torch as the paths were not all lit up.
    It was difficult taking night time pics in strong winds so not as sharp as they ought to be.

      It's a long time since I've been to Corfe Castle....your photos have reminded me of a school trip many years ago :blue thumb:

        Nice pics Strongy :blue thumb: Remember visiting it from Poole , by the Sandbanks ferry , many years ago . Corfe and the Castle is a very pretty area . I think they use Corfe for a few period dramas.

            @woo, I guess he knows the area well, I'm glad we moved near here, even though it was not far from Weymouth.:smile:
