    Yes, mines about the same stage as yours maybe a little bit further ahead as the cobs are beginning to thicken up nicely now.

    Depends how big you want them. Don't forget they are not as fat as they appear as they are covered in several layers of leaf before you get to the cobs. So i would leave then until you can feel them fairly substantial.......
