    Hello,

I have some Cornflower seeds which I wish to sow in pots outside rather than directly into the flower beds.

Do you know if they will grow in pots? Is this okay to do? It does say on the packet that they are to be sown straight outside.

    Thanks,

    GP :D

Hi Gilly, I don't see why not, Youngest has some Cornflowers which she is going to sow straight into an old tin bath soon. The packet just says grow in drifts. Good luck!

Gilly - I sow everything in seed trays then transfer to small pots. Even the things that do not like to be transplanted. I just turn the seed packet picture towards the seeds. This prevents the seeds reading the instructions and getting stroppy. Seems to work. :D
