    Hi all,
We have 3 pots with some achillia in and a large pot with a hydrangea, would now be the correct time to transfer them from the pots to the ground?
The Achillia flowers are spent, so would it be correct to cut them back to the base and put them in the ground, or just leave them as they are?
We also have some foxglove and lupin seedlings in small pots, would now also be the right time to plant these out?
    Thanks all.

Autumn is generally a good time to plant so long as your plants are a reasonable size. Foxgloves should be OK, mine seed themselves, but slugs love lupins. They will attack them in spring just as they emerge if they are small plants. I would cut down the flowers of the achillea.
