    Hi
    Im back after recovering from a chest infection, an ear infection, a bit of mild asthma and a really bad cough.

    Hope you feel better soon you will have to start taking echinacea and build your immune system up their are plenty of cures in the herb/wildflower section..

    Yes i am taking them. Im used to being ill anyway, due to me having pheumonia (not very nice).

    No, pneumonia isn't very nice - my middle son had it twice (a bacterial rather than a viral one both times) when he was only a kid. I'm never likely to forget just how nasty it was. So do take it easy, and don't push yourself too hard.

    BTW, he's now 25, is a gardener and a red belt in Taekwondo - so you really can get over it!
