One of my courgette plants seems to have a bit of a weak stem and is regularly rolled around in any wind. The stem is laying horizontally so should I be pegging it down, maybe with a hoop of wire?

I usually put small sticks around the plant when I plant them.
3 or4 just to stop the leaves blowing around, once they get big nothing moves them.
