I bought a Cranberry plant. Used ericaceous compost. Watered from the rain water butt. Started off with green leaves, that have turned progressively rusty, until now ...

Is it dead? If not, is it retrievable?

The leaves, although brown, are fairly well attached to the stalks.

One thing I have not been doing is feeding it. I recently got some ericaceous plant food which I have just started using on it, but it is too soon to tell.
