    Hi,

Prowling around on the big boy's/gal's parts of the site and trying to run before I can walk, I read about horizontal juniper being good for ground cover. Not mine. I've had it there about five years and it's exactly as it was when I planted it. Any ideas why or if I can improve it ? Maybe move it ?

Did you give it good prepearation before planting?
Big hole, good bit of blood and bone meal and a nice bit of sh1t (well rotted) nicely mixed in.

They are very slow, you could try feeding it.
