hi everyone, can anyone tell if i should remove crocus bulbs .i`ve just read the thread in container, spring bulbs but these are in the ground.i have sown summer seeds around them ,i think Black Night?,they grow about 2-3ft(to hide a wire fence over allotment)the flowers on the crocus have gone but the leaves are still strong.i was under the impression that crocus self seeded but i`m probably wrong.thanks in advance,Elaine.

Leave them well alone. The seed pods (if they set seed) come up like little reddish pods from the centre of the leaves. The pods split open to reveal small orange seeds. The leaves will go down pretty quickly over the next few weeks anyway.
