Crown prince squash

There is a little brown patch appearing on one of my squash so I am going to cook it today. Never cooked one before-suggestions please!

 

Roasted

Cut into cubes , place in a oven dish , you can sprinkle with salt and knobs of butter cook for about a hour , turn them over just the once. (option cover with tin foil) but take off about 10 mins before ready and test with a fork if cooked right through.

Forgot what temperature as on my cooker all the numbers have rubbed off , but it would be 6.00 oclock on mine.
