Has anyone here grown Amanda F1 cucumbers? I bought a packet of seeds this morning, as I am not holding out a lot of hope for the half dozen plants that have all but shrivelled up and died - anyway, I picked up the Amanda as it said 'outdoor cucumbers' on the packet.

Would these crop just as well outdoors as indoors, or vice versa? And how well do they crop? Also, as they are F1, am I right in thinking that there will be no need to go nipping flowers off?

Looks like its an Outdoor Ridge type. As such it will need pollinating, so lave the male flowers on. (F1 doesn't only mean "female only flowers", in this case it is probably disease resistance or flavour that is being enhanced by being an F1 cultivar)
