Cucumbers .....Good Year.

    Seems like a good year for Cucumbers,I have two F1 plants in the greenhouse and they are both loaded...Here is one.

    They look nice rodders, i am suprised with mine this year as i usually have the bobbly ones, which are quite smallish and fat, this year they are really long and quite fat, i am well pleased apart from when people pinch them!!!

    Just picked the last three ridge (bobbly ones) in our little polytunnel.
    It certainly has been a pretty good year for cucumbers, we had three Femspot F1s in the GH and one in the tunnel as well as three ridge cucumbers in the tunnel. The ones in the tunnel grown in soil cropped much better and longer than the ones in the GH in pots.
    Gave away more than we ate or pickled!
