Cucumbers

    Does anyone know whats happening to my cucumbers? i've had a few good ones like the top pic, but some are starting to turn like the bottom pic, they're going a bit yellow and very very plump...

    I think you just need to pick them when they are a bit smaller. Mine do that if I miss one under a leaf.

    Ruby, are they greenhouse or ridge cucs? What`s the variety?

    Ruby, Marketmore is a ridge, or outdoor, cucumber, so what you have is quite normal. Just peel them and eat them, enjoy, they are supposed to have lots of flavour.

    Thanks JWK and David, the one's we've had so far have been lovely but i just thought i was going to lose these the same as my toms, this veg growing can be rewarding and fun but stressful too!! :doh:
