CURLY LEAVES &WHITE POWDER.

    COULD ANYBODY TELL ME WHAT THIS MEANS ON MY NEW CLIMING ROSE THANK YOU.

    I'm not really sure, Jeni, but it could be powdery mildew. I had curley leaves on one of mine a while back but it seems to have recovered from that on it's own!

    It could be two things, aphids - which can cause the leaf to curl, and as LofL said powdery mildew.

    Give it a good soak and feed - and then spray with either a rose spray that deals with both fungi and aphids, or a general spray that deals with both.

    Let us know how things go eh, though you may not see more than a small improvement as its heading up for autumn.

    One thing, Fran, I love the "eh"! I say it to my cat, Magic Sam, and now he says "eh" all the time!

    Heading up to Autumn ... lovely ... we've still got three months to go for that! sigh! I've just come off the deck (second story) and it's still 26,7oC ... but that's okay, the a/c going in the bedroom!
