I apparently managed to propagate some roses last year from cuttings because they made it through the winter and initially had new growth. They don't seem to be doing much now however. Wondered whether i should dig them up in autumn and if they have decent roots, repot them? Is this a good idea and if i did this, should i cut the stem back or leave as is? Any help appreciated.

I've got three cuttings on the go from last autumn also.
I'm watering them, but dont intend lifting till maybe next winter, when I'll probably pot them up and grow on for a year before planting in a permanent position.
But its a new one on me.:)
