    Cylindrical decorative wood logs used in borders need replacing as rotting/disintegrating 'how' ideas please

    Do you mean edging wood log rolls:

    If so they should be easy to pull up and replace with new ones.

    By giving a good pull (they all connected by a length of wire) and not replacing with more decorative wood logs as they rot...
