Dahlia brown rotting tips?

Hi ive been growing my dahlias inside to start them into growth. They were all doing well untill a few days ago a few have started getting a brown tip on end of leaves that then crisp and die off.
Been looking through the net bit cant find anything.
can anyone tell me what it is? Im thinking maybe a fungal infection should i throw them away?
All others look healthy?
