    Hi,

Is it too late take soft cuttings from dahlias in the year, because my dahlias are late sprouting this year and at the moment there are some soft shoots that I could use? But if I did, then would I need to overwinter them indoors in a cool place?

    Hi,

Do not see why not, many plants have been late this year.
Think they should root very quickly and a bit like rooting the sideshoots of tomato plants, expect they will readily make decent sized plants and flower this year with decent enough tubers by the time the frosts arrive; - probably August going by the weather so far !:rolleyespink:
