Deadheading roses - question

    So, I am diligently dead heading my repeat flowering roses, but what should I do when the entire brace has finished?

    For example, I've attached a photo of my Euatacia Vye, whith one bloom and one bid left. What would I do with this once they have finished? Should this branch be cut back?

    I usually cut back to a point below where the last flower appeared.
    On yours, that seem to be where I've put the yellow mark:

      I cut it just above a bud that is facing in a good direction - or one facing the least worst.
