    Users Vote Guidelines below:-

    1. Competitors cannot vote for any of their own photographs.

    2. Please vote on a 1st, 2nd and 3rd place basis with 1st place carrying 5 points, 2nd place 3 points and 3rd place 1 point - The photograph with the highest points wins. NO VOTES FOR 2 1ST PLACES ETC

    3. Votes should be cast within three days after this thread starting.

    All members of the forum get a vote, not just those who've submitted pictures.



    The Winner of the competition chooses the theme for the next competition. So put your thinking caps on incase you are the winner ;)


    Good luck in making a decision, there are some real cracking pictures this month :cool:

    Ive gone for those pictures that are well photographed and reflect the Spirit of Christmas.

    1st Pause for Thought by Firemedic

    This is simply beautiful and the photo that I wish I had taken. Pure, simple, perfectly exposed and wonderful.

    2nd Twinkle by GW

    Technically perfect and the crystalised fruit adds the finishing touch

    3rd In the Beginning by Platty

    Excellent composition of a subject that links us to the origin of Christmas

    Special mention also to the trio of superb still lifes by LOL

    This is far too difficult - but I've avoided looking at what anyone else has chosen, and gone for what I think fits the title best, and a great picture too -

    1 - Marge - Watching for Santa
    2 - Hornbeam - The Big Issue
    3 - DaveW - A Time for Children Everywhere

    But I loved loads of them, with a special mention to Lucy's Christmas - loved it! :D
