December 2008 Monthly Comp Discussion Thread..!!

I did my pic through photo bucket and it looks alot bigger than the others, is there something I'm doing wrong or that the right size?

 

I shall leave it unless someones not happy, and future pics will be of the smaller size, Thanks Marley

 

Yes, Marley, the Christmas Wedding was yesterday- Saturday. The bride is one of my supervisors. The little flower girl is so adorable and very mannerly and smart. She was at the bridal shower, what a joy to interact with, so sweet. Her name is Anna. She, is I believe 4 years old. Tried to trip her up, and asked her " Well, Anna, if you say your name backwards what does it say" There was the cutest thoughtful pause, then she said with a grin---Anna".

 

To all contestants. I will not be entering anymore after this month. Marley took my Christmas Sleigh out saying the date was wrong. It is obvious that the date had to be in December not in June, (or what ever date she said it registered) Who would have a Christmas sleigh in front lawn in June. I have only one camera, and I do not fiddle with it much. I do not need this stress, have enough in my life with work.
This contest should be fun. This is the second time and the last I will be insulted like this. My word is my word.

 

I am really so sorry to hear that. Messing up with the camera date set up IS easy. Can happen to anyone without ever noticing :( I am not even sure how to check on the date of a picture after I took it.

 

Thanks for your thoughts. But thats life. Taking pictures for me is fun. I fixed the date once and evidently it changed back. I truly don't wish to have to worry about it every time I see a picture to take.
Lets face it this contest offers no monetary value for the stress to be worth it. It is suppose to be fun, sharing each others creativity. My word is my word also. Its just that the Christmas Sleigh picture was taken in December 08. Like who is going to have a Christmas Sleigh in their yard in June. Whatever.

As a matter of interest why is the date important? That is a hard question to ask without it sounding rude and argumentative.:flag: It is in no way meant to be. It's a sincere stupid question.:ntwrth:
