When I moved into my new place a month ago, there was an old rose bush itâ??s about 4ft high. The last owners had not looked after it very well plus they had planted some Ivy (I hate the stuff) very close to it, the roots from this was strangling the rose so I have chopped it down and cut out the main roots to about 2ft under ground the Ivy that is not the rose. The other thing it was ravaged by green fly, I did spray it but not before they had destroyed all the buds it was also not pruned very well there are lots of straggly branches. I donâ??t suppose its to late to do anything to rescue this now, or is there??? I would appreciate any suggestions. :cnfs:

Certainly, But I need to wait until the sun comes out which according to the forecast wont be until after the weekend. I think you will have a shock when you see it, just remember it wasn't my fault. :)
