    Hello. I'm Sharon and live in South Devon.
    I've finally decided at the ripe age of 52 that I'd like to learn a little more about gardening rather than just sticking it in and hoping it takes!
    I'm no longer working due to having Menieres disease and won't be up to anything too strenuous on my dizzy days but would enjoy pottering in the sunshine on my better ones.
    Hoping that any kind people will be able to advise me what to plant and where!!
    Look forward to joining in if you'll have me :)

    Hi, Sharon, welcome to Gardeners Corner. There's all different levels of experienced gardeners here who'll be more than happy to help and advise you.

    If you can tell us what kind of garden you've got that will help. Have you stony, clay, sandy soil? How big is it and in what direction does it face? Is it sheltered or open to winds? What kind of plants do you like? I think possibly a low maintenance garden might be good for you?
