Dicentra Scandens

Sowed these ages ago- I really wanted them to grow, but not so much as a weed has come up in their tray. Anyone else grown them? Shall I wait longer or buy some more?
[ expect prompt replies from lots of people saying how easy they are! :D ]

 

Not tried scandens, but the small ones I have self seed, and are forming a good clump.

 

Not tried scandens either but that looks a gorgeous climber and supposed to be hardy so well worth persevering with.
