Did you ever play a piece of Music to Pacify your children when they were Babies ?.

My eldest daughter, when she was a baby and started crying in her Cot/Bed, my wife and I would play 'Moon River' sung by Johnny Mathis.
This piece of music worked wonders on her, she would immediately stop crying and start ,
    (Goo Gooing).:).
When the music stopped she would start crying again,so the music was played very regular.

I think our neighbours were glad when we moved.:dbgrtmb::hapfeet:.

Didn't play music to mine, but, I would sing to them and not necessarily lullabies just anything soothing and gentle.

We didn't have a record player when my Son was a baby so like "M" I used to sing him off to sleep, his favourite was 'Two little boys' by Rolf Harris!
