    Spent this week back on the tools at the DIY SOS BIG BUILD project in Newton Heath, North Manchester.
    You've probably seen it on TV its a project to renovate 2 streets of terraced houses back in to homes for our veterans with physical and mental problems of being in a war.
    Met some great guys and girls all giving up there time to help our vetarans.
    When they found out I had served in Iraq and Afganistan they were asking all sorts of questions.
    Really a great week
