    to your hard drives ?

If you didn't know you could, or didn't know how to, try this site :-

    http://www.savevideodownload.com/download.php

Use the instructions on their page, and you can save around 99% of Youtube videos to your hard drive.

Hope this helps some of you.

For ages, I have been trying to download some older music videos, and couldn't find them throug the download sites, but with this way, you can view them before saving.

You will also need a FLV player (see point 7 on the above page).

    Have fun :D

A big thank you for that Nathan. I have been wanting to save YouTube clips but never got around to finding the links etc.

Now I can spend even more time on my computer!

I've come across a few programmes to download Youtube videos, one of my favourites is YouRipper. Free to download (just Google YouRipper)and works well.

I used YouRipper which was great and easy to use - worked very well for the
video but it didn't copy the soundtrack.
    Have I missed something?

I've used YouRipper for ages and have no problems with it, quality of picture and sound is excellent.
