Doffodile bulbs

    Want to get some doffodile bulbs planted for next year, there going along a long hedge in my back garden.... When & where is the place to buy them? Many thanks

    They usually start to appear on the shelves of Garden centers around August time for planting out in Sept / Oct. Some supermarkets and £ shops will also stock them. They can also be obtained from many online suppliers, including the seed and plant companies.

    You may find some now at GC's being sold in pots, probably quite cheaply as they finish flowering.

    Scooby , if you need to buy a lot of Daff bulbs, the garden centres sell them loose in October, you just fill a bag full of bulbs . Best to get them planted in the Autumn by the end of November. So just sit back for 6 months :dbgrtmb:

    Thanks Harry will do... Looking online there's offers for 40-50 bulbs for £17... @ Thompson & Morgan.

    Is this offer worth getting? Or would I find cheaper.

    Hold off until later in the year and you will get them much cheaper - supermarkets knock them out at roughly £2 for 100 bulbs in late August early September

      T&M are expensive for bulbs
