    hi all

i have not been on for a while and have had to register again LOL

we have just moved house and i left a bowling green which took me 16 yrs to perfect and have moved into a large garden that looks like the local feilds

i will post a picture of it in a min

    my question is do i

1= kill off the weeds and re-turf over the lawn which i have done before and it worked.
2= get someone in (as i have no idea where to start)
    3= just cry lol

a few weeds i have are
    chickweed
    pearlnot
    dandilions
    white clover
    buttercup
    daisy's
    doves foot
    yarrow
and some puple flowing spreddy weed thing

my garden is in 2 stages with a 3 foot retaining wall in the middle of each lawn ( if u can call it that lol) and each one is approx 30ft by 38 ft

any advice would be great as im stumped with what to do :dunno:

    thanks lisa x

apply Vitax Lawn clear or similar, then after a week or 2, scarify, aerate, sprinkle some good lawn seed, apply a top dressing, roll to level the site and add lawn fertilizer, water regulary and mow ...

get a decent cylinder petrol mower that uses 8-10 blades... buy it off ebay .... you will get a bargain .... have the mower serviced and have new blades fitted, or have the existing blades sharpened
