I have a madagascar dragon tree at home, had it 2 years with little problems however lately it hasnt been doing so well

There are 3 storks to the tree, it started with the smallest and lowest, first of all the leaves started turning yellow then falling off then the tips of the storks turned white (and soft) when all the leaves had fallen off these turned black,

Now the middle stork has started to do the same

Any ideas what could be causing this ? (i water it regularly often with a little baby bio mixed in)

Only guessing Pete, but maybe you are watering it a bit too much.

It needs to be quite dry before watering again, its a plant from a dry place, or at least a place that gets its rain at certain times of the year.

Sounds a bit like the roots might be rotting, to me.

And probably best to lay off with the baby bio until it starts to show some new growth.
