    Rich has got it sorted out but the" new posts" won't be working until it all updates again..

      I seem to have lost the "filter" on New Posts (which stopped posts in forums I'm not interested in being included in the list). Is that related?

      Yes I think so Kristen.. Seems anything to do with new posts at present.. Hopefully when the update comes through it will be ok again..

      Actually that's the part removed, normal new posts works fine.

      The script apparently stopped working sometime yesterday, reason unknown.

      Are you going to be able to reinstate it? It makes a huge difference to me and is one of the most attractive parts of this forum - the fact that I don't have to review the significant number of posts in the chatter forums and can concentrate on the gardening forums. Being dyslexic I found that yesterday going through 4 pages of new posts, instead of the normal half page or so, was very slow for me, and most probably I have missed posts too. (In the old days I used a JS script for Firefox to do the same job, but I haven't seen anything similar available for Xeno - probably because it is inbuilt.)

      ?? Did you remove it ... or did the fault causing yesterday's system breakdown somehow remove it??

      Like Kristen, I prefer to filter the 'new posts' so that only the ones that are of interest to me show up. So I too would be very grateful if you could restore the filter.

      Also the present forum format doesn't have 'Help' anymore, and any information about using the site in the 'Site Feedback/Bugs' is based on the previous format of the forum. Personally I think we need a new user guide, @Marley Farley, what do you think?

      it is what caused the error so had to be removed for now.

      Any indication (on Xeno forums etc.) as to whether there is a fix? I'm at a significant loss without it. (Happy to use a JS script if anyone knows of one though)

          this add-on is causing errors again, we will need to disable till sorted by dev

          for now you may instead choose to watch forums of interest via the watch forum list.
