                I've a photo of a bat too, taken in 2010, it just flopped through our back door one evening. It must have injured itself or was a baby as it didn't seem able to fly. I took it outside. It wasn't there the next day so I think it recovered.

                  I was once walking a young German lady home in Ibiza, it was dark & the only light was on a house down a quiet lane.

                  There were loads of bats flying around the light. I said, "Wow, look at all those bats!"

                  She said "Was ist Bats?" I replied, "Fliedermouse"

                  Must have got it wrong as she ran away screaming into the night and I never saw her again:sad: Pity, she was really skinny & ginger.
