Dying buddleja??

    Is this just the flowers coming to the end of the flowering season, or is it something more sinister?

    Its just the flowers dieing off mine is the same..they dont seem to stay in flower a great deal of time..well mine didnt this year perhaps its the strange weather we have had..

    Redfifi - the flowers are just going over - they go brown. But if you deadhead them regularily, I believe they should go flowering till October.

    Thanks for that...yes, I have deadheaded and tidied up the plant and it looks revived, and will continue to flower for a wee while yet.
