Earliest time of year I can lay turf?

    Hello all.

    Just a very quick question - How soon can I lay turf?

    I've read various different sites and books, and the range is anywhere between Feb and May.

    Any suggestions?

    After the frosts have finished. Probably get a way with a bit sooner but why risk it...

    Agree with Loofah - also you might have a bit of difficulty finding turf supplies?
