I have taken echinacea now for 6 years and in that time havnt had a cold or flu at all..I used to get the flu awfull and colds..and seemed to live on antibiotics..so i tried echinacea and havnt had as much as a sniffle since..I start taking it early september and continue through till april..then i stop taking it for the summer..I also keep some tincture in the house during the winter as if i am exposed to people with colds i then take some tincture in some water 3 times a day..just in case !!..as the tincture is faster acting than the tablets..I am going to make some elderberry tincture this year as an extra immune support.."makes me sound like a hypochondriac " [IMG]
