Any recommendations for electric tillers, anyone got one they’re happy with?

Unless you have very light soil I would be surprised if any electric tiller has weight and power to be effective.

I had a small Black & Decker tiller for many years and when it finally packed up in 2019 I replaced it with-
VonHaus Electric Tiller 1050W – Garden Soil Cultivator/Rotavator – 32cm Working Width, 22cm Tilling Depth, 4 Steel Blades, 10m Cable, Brake Button, Foldable Frame
    from Amazon

I'd dig over my veg beds in late autumn leaving clods of earth then when the ground had dried out a bit by Spring I'd use the tiller to break it down to a fine tilth ready for sowing, and it worked very well.

Both tillers gave about 3-4" of fine tilth within a few minutes.

The B&D one wasn't very powerful but a good, tidy job.
The VonHaus is much more powerful but I do find it flings the soil (and any stones) around quite a bit so it's a lot messier but also does a good job a bit quicker - leaving time to clean up all the soil and stones it chucked around.. :)
