    Well there's a result, I got a mail telling me my electricky bill would rise next year, but offered me a choice of tariffs(something not available last year). So instead of an increase of nearly a new hedge trimmer, I will be paying considerably less and have even covered the loss of the winter heating payment, a big tick.
