Email Problem{Outlook Express}

I have a problem with my email part of Outlook Express and neither myself or Mr Kandy can solve it so it is doing my head in as I can't recieve any emails into my inbox in my Outlook Express bit.I can get them in my BT Yahoo account but can't send them through to Out Look Express as I keep getting a pop up box as the photo below asks me for a password and user name and then when i put in what I think is the right password and user name {I assume they are the same ones I use on the BT part.

I then get another pop up telling me an error has occurred which only goes when i physically tell it to go by clicking on the x in the corner.

Also if I create mail in Outlook Express and thren try to send the mail it often doesn't go straight away or it comes up as Authorising connection or something like that and it goes on forever.

PS,Sorry have added the photos in the wrong order.The 2nd photo comes up first and then the some errors pop up comes up after:DOH::o

 

SMTP or POP3 settings incorrect? Maybe BT Internet have changed them. I expect they are listed on their website.

Putting

bt internet email settings

into Google brings up a number of helpful looking sites

e.g. BT Broadband - e-mail settings (getting e-mail to work)
