Embrace

I have lived here for over 33 years and for the first time I took a walk through the local cemetery.
I found to my pleasure a most pleasing statue.
A local artist Jean Larcum produced this work for the Millennium back in 2000
It is titled <<<<<>EMBRACE>>>>>>>>>
I rather like it.

I think that's really lovely. Wonder why it's in the cemetary? Is it to show that we have memories even though people may have passed on?
