Well here we are again everyone.. The end of another month & this time also the end of another year and the beginning of a new one & well you all know what that means.!!:D

    Voting time again..!!! [IMG]

:) It is so nice to see new people entering in this comp too, always nice to have fresh ideas on a theme.. The more the merrier..:)

:gnthb: I would also like to thank you all for taking time & entering the comps during the year..:)

:) This month is going to be very very difficult as always, to decide on just three!!! Voting will close midnight on the 6th Jan 2009 to allow those who have been away to get a chance to vote..!
    :D

[IMG] Here is a link to this months photos to help you decide..

    Users Vote Guidelines below:-

    1. Competitors cannot vote for any of their own photographs.

    2. Please vote on a 1st, 2nd and 3rd place basis with 1st place carrying 5 points, 2nd place 3 points and 3rd place 1 point - Please give a short explanation as to why you voted for each photo..

    * The photograph with the highest points wins.
NO VOTES FOR 2 1ST PLACES ETC

    3. Votes should be cast within three days after this thread starting.

All members of the forum get a vote, not just those who've submitted pictures.

The Winner of the competition chooses the theme for the next competition, keep it separate from the other comp theme. So put your thinking caps on in case you are the winner. ;)

[IMG] Good luck in making a decision, there are some excellent pictures this month.

[IMG] Well Done & Good Luck everyone.!!!!

    Thanks

    Marle

1 - Ivory - A Christmas Tale Appropriate subject, very well executed. Brilliant!

    2 - Marley - Harriet & Emelia I'm a sucker for kids and Christmas

3- TakemoreO2 - It's a Cracker Simple and effective (though a simpler frame might have been better?)

Dave W - gloria in excelsis deo, just lovely, and the scatter of stars is a perfect touch of simple, spot on, editing
Woo - liquorice lights, looks good enough to bite!
Marley - christmas bauble, I have some misgivings about the bright scarlet background, but the effect, and choice of subject are just *perfect*
