Enhanced November 2008 Photo Comp Votes...!!!!

    [​IMG]     Well here we are again everyone.. The end of another month and the beginning of a new one, well you all know what that means.!!:D

    Voting time again..!!! [​IMG] I would like to thank Joe too for taking care of last months voting for me while I was away..!:gnthb:

    :) It is so nice to see new people entering in this comp too, always nice to have fresh ideas on a theme.. The more the merrier..:)

    :) This month is going to be very difficult as always, to decide on just three!!!     :D

    Users Vote Guidelines below:-

    1. Competitors cannot vote for any of their own photographs.

    2. Please vote on a 1st, 2nd and 3rd place basis with 1st place carrying 5 points, 2nd place 3 points and 3rd place 1 point - Please give a short explanation as to why you voted for each photo..

    * The photograph with the highest points wins.
    NO VOTES FOR 2 1ST PLACES ETC

    3. Votes should be cast within three days after this thread starting.

    All members of the forum get a vote, not just those who've submitted pictures.


    The Winner of the competition chooses the theme for the next competition, keep it separate from the other comp theme. So put your thinking caps on in case you are the winner. ;)

    A very mixed bag this month and all with something to offer. It's been interesting to see all the different takes on the subject.

    1 - WOO - Earth Wind and Fire Rather well executed treatment AND all three elements included

    2- LOL - Cat of Hellfire (Very narrowly pipped for first place by WOO) A very striking image. Hand-'painted' cat was rather well done (cos she's an artist!) and merges nicely into the image. I could easily see this image as a poster. Could do a matching 'Hot Dog':hehe:

    3 - Lyn - Distant Windmills A nice scene and very well chosen 'filtering' cleverly matched by the very appropriate frame

    Well done all three!

    :) 1st. LoL - Cat of Hell Fire.. Perfect. Reminded me of whiling away winter evenings as a kid looking to see faces in the flames....:)

    2nd. Woo - Earth Wind & Fire... Like you say, got all three & loved the way you did it Woo..:)

    3rd. Lyn - Windmills.. Always gives me a sense of the future when you see a cluster of them like that...
