euonymus seed

    being a gardener i spotted a green shrub with whot looked like a small orange ball with small white petals, i googled it and found out it was a euonymus 9 spindle tree, so i thought i am going to try and grow some, saw some seed on ebay euonymus europaeus, seeds came with instructions but it says nowt about when is the best time to sow, over you can any body tell me please, thanks bri

    They are best sown now and left outside to get frosted and cold and wet.
    It breaks the dormancy and you should start to see something around April next year.

    The tree/bush goes very fiery red colours in autumn.

    It often planted along motorways around here.
