    Hello,

I need some help with my Euphorbia, it has started to sprout foliage from the seed head, is this normal, can I cut these of and propagate them?

Last time I planted a Euphorbia was when a stem broke off from the mother plant, so I stuck it
in some soil.....................and 6 months later it was in a pot :)

These seem easy to propagate :)

Watch out for the sap. Some people find it is a significant irritant.

I' ve never seen this myself.
I'd be inclined to peg down the flower head and give it a light covering of soil.
    Water, stand back and wait.:)
