    Hi daz

If your not to bothered about flowers, how about a varigated Ivy such as Hedera Canariensis 'Gloire De Marengo' or Hedera colchica 'Sulphur Heart'. Slightly less vigorous varities are Hedera helix 'Glacier' or Hedera helix 'Buttercup' if you can get it.

I have an evergreen Jasmin but to be honest it is ever red! It is in a pot and most of the leaves have turned red but not dropped strangely. It has been going this way for months but is still alive so I am not sure what's up with it!

David I saw an evergreen Clematis today the first time I have noticed them but they are a bit on the pricey side though I'm sure they were marked up at £24! Is that the normal price for them do you think? Hel.xxx.

Helen that was probably for something like Armandii, if you look for the cirrhosa type, they should be cheaper. Cirrhosa " Freckles" and C. " Jingle Bells" are beautiful.

The most prolific evergreen climber I have seen/planted is Lonicera Etruscan which has a wonderful scent and its only drawback is its growth rate which is very strong but manageable.
