Excellent Service "Van Meuwen"

I received an email "Black" Friday from "Van Meuwen" offering 3 Hydrangea, Magical, Greenfire, Amethyst and Coral, for around£6 +p&p, or just under £10 for 6,one day offer only, I considered this for a while, then decided I would purchase, twice I entered my card details, but it kept timing out.
Next day I looked for an email extending the offer, due to technical difficulties, sure I was not the only person suffering internet overload problems. I emailed them and explained my difficulties purchasing, they emailed back asking for my telephone number, they have this morning rung, honoured their offer and I purchased 6, 3 for my neighbour.

 

I find it incredibly frustrating when websites like theirs don't work and you have to place the order over the phone because it means you miss out on (for Van Meuwen) 10.5% Topcashback http://www.topcashback.co.uk/van_meuwen/ which equates to 11% back in Tesco Clubcard Points, or 22% off if using them in Tesco 'double ups', or whopping 44% off if using them to get stuff from some 'boost' partners.

For £45.50 spent at Van Meuwen/T&M, you can get sufficient cashback to swop for points and boost to get a £20 voucher for a meal at Prezzo where we take our daughter when she comes back from Uni, so website down would be a big issue for me.
