fatsia damage

    I am being driven mental by something thats eating my fatsia japonica... I think that it may be vine weevel but I would appreciate a second opinion and can someone reccomend a treatment?

    Well, the damage looks more like slug or snail attack to me but I wouldn't rule out vine weevil. It might be worth a quick inspection after dark with a torch to see if you can spot the culprit.

    If it's slugs or snails, you have a wide choice of solutions.

    If it's vine weevil, Provado make a specific treatment for it. Most garden centres sell it.
