Hello. This is my first post here.
I've just taken up an interest in gardening, having had my garden totally re-landscaped/re-turfed etc recently.
I've planted a number of shrubs, including three Prunus Lusitanica, which are about 6 feet tall. Two of them seem to have a problem with brown patches appearing on the leaves, and some leaves look as if they are being eaten.
I've been spraying with anti-fungus and anti-bug sprays for a couiple of weeks, but to no effect.
I've attached a photo so you can see what's happening, and would appreciate any help.
    Thanks, Clive

    Hello.
Not sure what the problem is.
If I log in, I can display the photo, but if I log out and click on the image thumbnail I get taken to the home page!
Anyone there able to help? :please:

Hello and welcome to the forum :)

I can view the attachment OK. but that is not Fatsia japonica, I wonder what else it might be, maybe Bay? Could be frost damage.

Hi again. Yes you're right. It's Prunus Lusitanica. Sorry, my fault - I said I was new to this gardening thing!
    :oopss:
Have corrected my original post, so again would appreciate some help. I'm not sure about frost - haven't had any for a few weeks here, though it has been cold & breezy.

Looks like just a bit of old insect damage from last year combined with a a small amout of winter damage.
How are the new leaves that are appearing this year.
Bear in mind its a garden plant, not a house plant so the leaves will have a few blemishes.

New leaves look good and healthy.
I'm probably worrying about nothing too serious. I'll just keep an eye on things.
    Thanks for your replies.
