    1] Stress, is when you wake up sceaming and you realise you havn't gone to sleep yet!

    2] Practice random acts of intelligence and senseless acts of selfcontrol.

    when i left home and got my first house my Mother came for tea one night.i`d come in from work and was flying around apologising about the dust and stuff and she said "calm down Elaine,it`s clean muck" she had a funny way of talking did my mam.
