I got some "help" today cutting down herbaceous top growth. I had intended to let the Artemesia Oriental Limelight remain until Spring as it is quite colourful well into winter, however my helpers had other ideas:yikes:. I had to prune the whole lot (about 50 ft of it)down to the ground asap otherwise the helpers would have been IN my garden. As it is the fence is not looking very happy with many of the stobs now wobbly. The helpers hadn't touched anything until today, obviously they fancied an alternative to pretty old grass. I hope Artemesia isn't poisonous:rolleyespink:

          Hi Silu,

You wanna ask the farmer if you can have some milk in exchange for feeding them :)

You'd have a job getting milk out of these ones, they are the blue bootied variety and consequently not an udder in sight:).

Just to let you know @Anthony Rogers my Dahlias are STILL flowering away so are my Nerines as not even had a frost yet:). I like people thinking we live in a permanent state of freezing, it keeps the population down considerably so we have space to breath and traffic jams are almost unheard of out of rush hour. I am coming down to London in a week, gawd that will be a shock to the system I'll bet!

They certainly won't have worms now, maybe they did and they knew that was the right thing to eat?

You're not fooling me, I know the ice is 2 miles thick and your garden is full of Reindeer moss
